Ideal candidates have 6+ years in product liability or commercial litigation, strong communication, and active bar membership. The position requires ability to work West Coast hours if not located on the West Coast.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• 6+ years in product liability or commercial litigation.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Active bar membership in the state of residence and eligible to waive into another state with an office.
• Willingness to work West Coast time if not located on the West Coast.

Responsibilities

• Manage product liability or commercial litigation cases independently.
• Draft briefs and correspondence; respond to written discovery.
• Oversee document collection, review, and production.
• Conduct causation or failure analysis.
• Handle multidistrict litigation or coordinated state proceedings.
