BCG Attorney Search seeks a Product Liability Attorney for a remote role based in Palo Alto, CA to defend manufacturers, suppliers, and resellers in product liability and toxic tort matters across AI, automotive, consumer products, and tech sectors.

The attorney will manage cases with autonomy, draft briefs, supervise document discovery, perform causation analysis, and handle MDL or coordinated state proceedings, requiring CA or WA bar admission and 6+ years’ experience.

Qualifications

• JD degree and active bar admission in CA or WA.
• 6+ years of product liability or commercial litigation experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication and case management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage cases with substantial autonomy.
• Draft briefs, correspondence, and respond to written discovery.
• Oversee document collection, review, and production.
• Conduct causation and/or failure analysis.
• Handle multidistrict litigation and state proceedings.
