Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Remote Product Liability Attorney to join our Washington, DC area team on a reduced schedule. The role allows autonomy in managing cases while delivering creative solutions in a dynamic legal landscape.

The position requires a JD, 6+ years of relevant experience, and active bar membership in the resident state or a state with an office. Candidates willing to work West Coast hours are encouraged to apply.

Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Remote Product Liability Attorney in Washington, DC. This role offers a reduced schedule of 1,400 hours annually and is a non-partnership track position. The attorney will manage cases with autonomy and provide creative solutions in a dynamic legal landscape.

Duties

• Manage product liability or commercial litigation cases independently.
• Draft briefs, correspondence, and respond to written discovery.
• Oversee document collection, review, and production.
• Conduct causation and/or failure analysis.
• Handle multidistrict litigation and/or coordinated state proceedings.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
• Strong case management skills and team-oriented attitude.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Active bar membership in the state of residence and a state where the firm has an office, or eligibility to waive in.
• Willingness to work on west coast time if not located in the west coast region.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
