BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Remote Product Liability Attorney in New York City, NY. The role offers a reduced schedule of 1,400 hours annually and is a non-partnership track position, with autonomy in managing cases in a remote setting.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years in product liability or commercial litigation, strong communication, and active bar membership. The position requires ability to work West Coast hours if not located on the West Coast.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Active bar membership in the state of residence and eligible to waive into another state with an office.
• Willingness to work West Coast time if not located on the West Coast.

• Willingness to work on west coast time if not located in the west coast region.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
