Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Remote Product Liability Attorney in Boston, MA. This role offers a reduced schedule of 1,400 hours annually and is a non-partnership track position. The attorney will work remotely, with a preference for those willing to operate on west coast time if not located in the west coast region.

Duties

• Manage cases with a high degree of autonomy.
• Draft briefs, correspondence, and respond to written discovery.
• Oversee document collection, review, and production.
• Conduct causation and/or failure analysis.
• Handle multidistrict litigation and/or coordinated state proceedings.

Requirements

• At least 6+ years of experience in products liability or commercial litigation.
• Strong case management skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Active bar membership in the state of residence and eligibility to waive into a state where the firm has an office.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree
