BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Remote Product Liability Attorney to join its clients’ team in the US. The role involves defending manufacturers and resellers in product liability and toxic tort matters, with responsibilities spanning case management, discovery, and MDL coordination.

Qualified candidates will have 6+ years in products liability or commercial litigation, a JD, and active state bar membership in the resident state plus CA or WA.

Qualifications

• At least 6+ years of experience in products liability or commercial litigation.
• Strong case management skills and team-oriented attitude.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Active bar membership in the state of residence and in Washington or California.

Responsibilities

• Manage cases with a high degree of autonomy.
• Draft briefs, correspondence, and respond to written discovery.
• Oversee document collection, review, and production.
• Conduct causation and/or failure analysis.
• Handle multidistrict litigation and/or coordinated state proceedings.
