Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Remote Product Liability Attorney in Austin, TX for a reduced schedule of 1,400 hours annually in a non-partnership track role. The attorney will manage cases with autonomy and provide legal services to clients across AI, automotive, consumer products, and more.

The position requires 6+ years of experience in products liability or commercial litigation, strong writing and litigation skills, and active bar membership.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in products liability or commercial litigation.
• Strong case management skills and team-oriented attitude.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Active bar membership in the state of residence and a state with a firm office or eligibility to waive in.
• Willingness to work on west coast time if not located in the west coast region.

Responsibilities

• Manage cases with a high degree of autonomy.
• Draft briefs, correspondence, and respond to written discovery.
• Oversee document collection, review, and production.
• Conduct causation and/or failure analysis.
• Handle multidistrict litigation and/or coordinated state proceedings.
