Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Remote Product Liability Attorney to join our Washington, DC area team on a reduced schedule. The role allows autonomy in managing cases while delivering creative solutions in a dynamic legal landscape.

The position requires a JD, 6+ years of relevant experience, and active bar membership in the resident state or a state with an office. Candidates willing to work West Coast hours are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in product liability or commercial litigation.
• Active bar membership in the resident state or a state where the firm has an office, or eligibility to waiver.

Responsibilities

• Manage product liability or commercial litigation cases independently.
• Draft briefs, correspondence, and respond to written discovery.
• Oversee document collection, review, and production.
• Conduct causation and/or failure analysis.
• Handle multidistrict litigation and/or coordinated state proceedings.
