Cognizant Technology Solutions Corporation is seeking a Product Manager – Retirement Services to act as the strategic bridge between business stakeholders, client leadership, and delivery teams. You will drive retirement domain initiatives and ensure value realization for client programs.

The role requires strong retirement industry expertise, executive communication skills, and the ability to lead discussions with senior leadership. Remote US-based role with client-facing exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 10+ years in product/program management or client engagement leadership.
• Deep knowledge of Retirement Services and related programs.
• Experience with executive stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Proven track record of governance forums and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client-facing product and engagement lead for retirement services programs.
• Manage status reporting for internal and external stakeholders, including exec communications.
• Present delivery updates, risks, issues and outcomes to client and Cognizant leadership.
• Lead steering committees and governance reviews with cross-functional alignment.
• Escalate client concerns and coordinate resolution across delivery teams.
• Build relationships with client stakeholders and advise on retirement-related initiatives.
• Translate business objectives into actionable roadmaps and delivery plans.
• Drive risk management and proactive stakeholder communication throughout projects.
• Identify opportunities for account growth, renewals, and long-term client partnerships.
• Collaborate with delivery, operations, product, and business teams to ensure successful execution.
