Cognizant Technology Solutions Corporation is seeking a Product Manager for Retirement Services to bridge business stakeholders, client leadership, and delivery teams. You will drive retirement domain initiatives and ensure delivery excellence and business value realization across programs.

The role demands senior-level client engagement, strong retirement industry expertise, and the ability to lead strategic discussions with executives. Remote work is available for qualified US applicants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Program Management, Client Engagement, Relationship Management, or related leadership roles.
• Deep knowledge of Retirement Services and related programs.
• Experience working with executive stakeholders and senior client leadership.
• Proven ability to lead governance forums, steering committees, and executive reporting.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary client-facing product and engagement lead for retirement services programs and initiatives.
• Manage project and program status reporting for internal and external stakeholders, including executive communications.
• Present delivery updates, risks, issues, mitigation plans, and business outcomes to client and Cognizant leadership.
• Lead steering committee meetings, governance reviews, and executive status discussions with alignment across stakeholders.
• Act as primary escalation point for client concerns and coordinate resolution across delivery teams.
• Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and advise on retirement-related initiatives.
• Translate business objectives into actionable product roadmaps and delivery plans with cross-functional teams.
• Drive issue resolution, risk management, and proactive stakeholder communication throughout the lifecycle.
• Identify opportunities for account growth, renewals, and long-term client partnerships.
• Collaborate with delivery, operations, product, and business teams to ensure successful execution.
