You will drive retirement domain initiatives, partner with cross-functional teams, and ensure delivery excellence and client value realization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in product, program, client engagement, or related leadership roles.
• Deep knowledge of retirement services, administration, operations, or benefits programs.
• Experience working with executive stakeholders and senior client leadership.
• Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and client-facing engagements.
• Strong governance, steering committee, and executive reporting experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client-facing product and engagement lead for retirement services programs and initiatives.
• Manage project and program status reporting for internal and external stakeholders, including executive-level communications.
• Present delivery updates, risks, issues, mitigation plans, and business outcomes to client and Cognizant leadership.
• Lead steering committee meetings, governance reviews, and executive status discussions while ensuring alignment across stakeholders.
• Act as the primary escalation point for client concerns and coordinate resolution activities across delivery teams.
• Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and serve as a strategic advisor on retirement-related business initiatives.
