Job summary

Cognizant Technology Solutions Corporation is seeking a Product Manager for Retirement Services to bridge business stakeholders, client leadership, and delivery teams and to drive retirement domain initiatives.

This highly visible, client-facing role requires retirement expertise, executive communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to lead strategic discussions with senior leadership. Remote options available for qualified applicants in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, Management, or related field.
• 10+ years in Product/Program Management or related leadership roles.
• Deep knowledge of Retirement Services, Administration, Operations, or Benefits.
• Experience with executive stakeholders and senior client leadership teams.
• Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and client-facing engagements.
• Experience leading governance forums, steering committees, and executive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client-facing product and engagement lead for retirement services programs and initiatives.
• Manage status reporting for internal and external stakeholders, including executive communications.
• Present delivery updates, risks, issues, and business outcomes to client and Cognizant leadership.
• Lead steering committees, governance reviews, and executive status discussions.
• Act as escalation point for client concerns and coordinate resolution across teams.
• Build trusted client relationships and advise on retirement-related business initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate objectives into roadmaps and delivery plans.
• Drive issue resolution, risk management, and proactive stakeholder communication.
• Identify opportunities for account growth, renewals, and long-term partnerships.
