Cognizant Technology Solutions Corporation seeks a Product Manager for Retirement Services to bridge business stakeholders, client leadership, and delivery teams. You will guide retirement initiatives, enable executive communications, and drive value realization across client engagements.

You will collaborate with client executives, product teams, and technology partners to translate business needs into roadmaps, governance, and delivery plans while driving risk management and growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 10+ years in Product/Program Management or client engagement leadership.
• Deep knowledge of Retirement Services, Administration, Operations, or Benefits.
• Experience working with executive stakeholders and senior client leadership.
• Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and client-facing engagements.
• Strong governance, steering committee, and executive reporting experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage escalations and drive cross-team issue resolution.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and aligning objectives with delivery.
• Strong business acumen, communication, presentation, and relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client-facing product and engagement lead for retirement services programs.
• Manage status reporting for internal and external stakeholders, including executive communications.
• Present delivery updates, risks, issues, and business outcomes to leadership.
• Lead governance reviews and steering committee meetings with alignment across stakeholders.
• Act as escalation point for client concerns and coordinate resolution across teams.
• Build trusted client relationships and advise on retirement-related initiatives.
• Translate objectives into actionable roadmaps and delivery plans with cross-functional teams.
• Drive risk management and proactive stakeholder communication throughout the lifecycle.
• Identify opportunities for account growth, renewals, and long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate with delivery, operations, product, and business teams to execute priorities.
