Cognizant Technology Solutions Corporation is seeking a Product Manager for Retirement Services who will bridge business stakeholders, client leadership, and delivery teams to drive retirement programs. The role emphasizes executive communication, stakeholder management, and strategic advisory capabilities.

The position requires deep retirement services knowledge, proven leadership in governance forums, and the ability to guide cross-functional teams toward measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of Retirement Services, Retirement Administration, Retirement Operations, or Retirement Benefits programs.
• Experience with executive stakeholders and senior client leadership teams.
• Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and client-facing engagements.
• Strong governance, steering committee, and executive reporting experience.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and aligning business objectives with delivery outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client-facing product and engagement lead for retirement services programs and initiatives.
• Manage project and program status reporting for internal and external stakeholders, including executive-level communications.
• Present delivery updates, risks, issues, mitigation plans, and business outcomes to client and Cognizant leadership.
• Lead steering committee meetings, governance reviews, and executive status discussions while ensuring alignment across stakeholders.
• Escalate client concerns and coordinate resolution activities across delivery teams.
• Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and act as a strategic advisor on retirement initiatives.
• Translate business objectives and client requirements into actionable product roadmaps and delivery plans.
• Drive issue resolution, risk management, and proactive stakeholder communication throughout the lifecycle.
• Identify opportunities for account growth, renewals, and long-term client partnerships.
• Collaborate with delivery, operations, product, and business teams to ensure successful execution of priorities.
