Cognizant Technology Solutions Corporation is seeking a Product Manager for Retirement Services. You will bridge business stakeholders, client leadership, and delivery teams to drive retirement domain initiatives and deliver business value.

The role is client-facing and requires strong retirement industry expertise and executive communication. You will translate client requirements into product roadmaps, lead governance forums, and coordinate across cross-functional teams to ensure successful

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business or related field.
• 10+ years in Product/Program Management or client engagement leadership.
• Deep knowledge of retirement services or benefits programs.
• Experience with executive stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and engagements.
• Experience leading governance forums, steering committees, and executive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client-facing product and engagement lead for retirement services programs.
• Manage status reporting for internal and external stakeholders, including exec communications.
• Present delivery updates, risks, issues, and business outcomes to clients and Cognizant leadership.
• Lead steering committee meetings and governance reviews with aligned stakeholders.
• Act as escalation point for client concerns and coordinate resolutions across teams.
• Build trusted client relationships and advise on retirement-related initiatives.
• Translate business objectives into actionable roadmaps and delivery plans.
• Drive risk management, issue resolution, and proactive stakeholder communication.
• Identify opportunities for account growth, renewals, and long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate with delivery, operations, product, and business teams to ensure successful execution.
