You will guide retirement domain initiatives and drive value realization for client executives and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 10+ years in Product/Program/Client engagement or leadership roles.
• Deep knowledge of Retirement Services and related programs.
• Experience with executive stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships.
• Experience leading governance forums and executive reporting.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and align objectives.
• Strong business acumen, communication, and relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client-facing product and engagement lead for retirement services programs and initiatives.
• Manage project and program status reporting for internal and external stakeholders, including executive-level communications.
• Present delivery updates, risks, issues, mitigation plans, and business outcomes to client and Cognizant leadership.
• Lead steering committee meetings, governance reviews, and executive status discussions while ensuring alignment across stakeholders.
• Act as the escalation point for client concerns and coordinate resolution across delivery teams.
• Build trusted client relationships and advise on retirement-related business initiatives.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate objectives into product roadmaps and delivery plans.
• Drive issue resolution, risk management, and proactive stakeholder communication.
• Identify opportunities for account growth, renewals, and long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate with delivery, operations, product, and business teams to ensure successful execution.
