Zoom is seeking a Head of Corporate FP&A to lead the enterprise financial planning function, owning long-range planning, annual operating plan, and quarterly forecasts. You will advise the C-suite, deliver strategic analyses, and guide capital allocation for Zoom's growth.

You will oversee board presentations, earnings prep, and investor relations support, while building a high-performing FP&A team and advancing modern planning tools and AI-driven analytics.

Formación

• 15+ years of progressive finance experience.
• 5+ years leading FP&A or corporate finance at scale in tech.
• Bachelor's degree; MBA/CPA/CFA a plus.
• Strong long-range planning and capital allocation experience.
• Exceptional communication and executive presence.
• Experience in SaaS/enterprise tech at $1B+ revenue.
• Familiarity with Workday Adaptive Planning or Anaplan.

Responsabilidades

• Own enterprise-wide financial planning cycle: LRP, AOP, quarterly forecasts.
• Translate strategy into analytic frameworks and reporting structures.
• Advise C-suite with insights, scenarios, and capital allocation.
• Lead board presentations, earnings prep, investor relations support.
• Build/maintain financial models, dashboards, variance analysis.
• Own end-to-end enterprise budget process and resource allocation.
• Direct and develop a multi-level Corporate FP&A organization.
• Champion modern planning tools, automation, and AI analytics.
