Job summary

Zoom is seeking a Senior Manager, Product FP&A to serve as the financial backbone of the product portfolio. You’ll partner with Product GMs and senior leadership to translate complex data into strategic direction across finance, product, and GTM in a high-growth SaaS environment.

You will collaborate with Sales Ops, Marketing, and CS to optimize revenue performance and support scalable, sustainable growth, shaping investments and forecasting for continued Zoom expansion.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance within SaaS or subscription businesses.
• Strong command of subscription metrics: revenue, net revenue retention, churn, bookings, revenue recognition.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling with enterprise planning tools; SQL/BI proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product financial planning and budget for portfolio.
• Own revenue forecast and annual budget for assigned products.
• Influence portfolio investment decisions with clear recommendations on reallocations.
• Partner with General Managers on monthly business reviews with precise analyses.
• Analyze growth drivers like churn, pricing, and product mix; translate into actions.
• Support pricing and packaging decisions with modeling and scenario analysis.
• Evaluate investments in headcount, R&D, and GTM spend.
• Prepare materials for executive/stakeholder discussions with clear narratives.
• Drive planning calendar across budget, forecast, and long-range planning.
• Improve forecast accuracy via better inputs and cross-functional handoffs.
• Coach and develop analysts supporting your work.
