Job summary

SunStrong Management LLC is seeking a hands-on Manager, Training & Development to lead the Training & Enablement function for a remote, US-based organization. You will design onboarding curricula, develop role-based upskilling, and ensure readiness for new systems and processes.

You will build a team, manage content, and leverage AI-powered tools to accelerate content development. The role requires strong instructional design, leadership, and change-management skills, plus fluency with LMS

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Organizational Development, HR, or related field.
• 4+ years in training, learning & development, instructional design, or organizational enablement.
• Experience designing and delivering training for varied audiences, incl. new hires and existing staff.
• Experience leading change management or readiness for new systems/tools/processes.
• Excellent written, verbal, and facilitation skills with ability to engage across org levels.
• Strong organizational skills for multiple initiatives and cohorts.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead Training & Enablement function with onboarding, upskilling, and readiness programs across teams.
• Design and maintain curricula, eLearning modules, and materials for onboarding, cross-training, and refresher training.
• Lead enterprise capacity-building initiatives aligned with organizational priorities.
• Evaluate adoption of innovative training tools, including AI-powered tools, to accelerate development.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure training aligns with new platforms or processes.
• Oversee Train-the-Trainer and field-based training to ensure consistency across the workforce.
• Own knowledge base and LMS content, ensuring accuracy, publish readiness, and searchability.
• Track training effectiveness and readiness metrics to drive continuous improvement.
