RxNT is building AI-native healthcare platforms with a focus on secure, scalable cloud architectures. The Senior Software Engineer will own end-to-end delivery, architect AI-enabled services, and ensure high-availability systems in a remote work setting.

You will collaborate with product and engineering teams to push the boundaries of AI in healthcare while maintaining rigorous quality and reliability standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years shipping production-grade software in high-stakes environments.
• Architect scalable web applications with strong CS fundamentals.
• Experience with AI-native workflows and modern AI assistants is a plus.
• Strong cloud understanding and infrastructure as code familiarity (Terraform preferred).
• Observability tooling and robust testing are essential.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end problem space from architecture to deployment.
• Architect healthcare-focused AI-native solutions with precision and reliability.
• Establish rigorous evaluation metrics and monitoring for models and systems.
• Ship production-grade Python and collaborate to deploy scalable solutions; monitor for data drift and model degradation.
• Communicate with stakeholders and drive focused, results-oriented updates.
