Lexia Learning is seeking a Product Manager to identify and launch features for educator solutions. You will translate customer needs into value-add features that align with strategic goals for the Educator Solutions’ Product Management team.

You will own business requirements, support roadmap execution, and collaborate with Curriculum, Sales, Marketing, and UX/UI to inform development and messaging. The role emphasizes remote-first work and strong stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifikationen

• Three years or more of product management experience for SaaS products, preferably in education technology.
• Ability to identify and write business requirements for product features and enhancements.
• Experience balancing customer needs with business objectives and managing features through their lifecycle.
• Strong collaboration and communication with stakeholders in a matrix organization.
• Ability to develop and communicate product stories that elevate roadmaps and features.

Aufgaben

• Serve as a business-focused Product Manager for Lexia’s educator solutions and be the product representative for GTM and internal teams.
• Inform and support execution of product roadmaps aligned with strategic objectives and customer needs.
• Document business requirements for new features and enhancements.
• Develop understanding of customer experience and product gaps through stakeholder collaboration.
• Collaborate with Marketing to ensure clear product messaging aligned with branding.
• Coordinate feature design, development, and delivery across departments.
• Work with Technical Product Management to ensure scope aligns with business requirements.
• Manage release enablement and communicate new features across the organization.
