Zusammenfassung

SunStrong Management, LLC is seeking a Manager, Training & Development to lead the Training & Enablement function in a 100% remote role. You will design curricula, own the LMS, and build a team to accelerate onboarding and upskilling across portfolios.

You will partner with Product, Technology, Operations, and Program Management to align training with portfolio rollouts and be responsible for change readiness and content delivery at scale.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in training, learning & development, instructional design, or organizational enablement.
• Experience designing and delivering training programs for varied audiences, including new hires and existing employees.
• Experience leading change management or readiness efforts tied to new systems, tools, or process rollouts.
• Excellent written, verbal, and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage audiences at all levels of the organization.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple training initiatives and cohorts simultaneously.

Aufgaben

• Build and lead Training & Enablement, establishing onboarding and upskilling programs across teams.
• Design, develop, and maintain curricula, eLearning modules for new hires and cross-training.
• Lead enterprise-wide capacity building aligning content and delivery with priorities.
• Evaluate and promote adoption of innovative training tools, including AI-powered tools.
• Lead organizational readiness activities for major initiatives, including change management planning.
• Partner with Product, Technology, and Operations to align training with rollouts.
• Support post-acquisition stabilization by training internal departments on onboarding processes.
• Build and lead a team that may include Content Developers, Knowledge Base Specialists, Field Tech Trainers.
• Own knowledge base and LMS, ensuring content is accurate, organized, published and searchable.
• Oversee Train-the-Trainer sessions and field-based technical training across the workforce.
• Coach and develop team members on instructional design and knowledge base maintenance.
• Manage training schedules, resourcing, and workload across cohorts and rollouts.
• Track training effectiveness with learner feedback and performance data.
