Job summary

Intertek is seeking a Product Manager to join the People Assurance team in a remote, United States-based role. You will direct product strategy for desktop and web applications, emphasizing learning & development and AI-powered platforms, while collaborating across teams to deliver value.

You will leverage Agile methods to take products from concept to launch, with a focus on customer needs and business objectives, including rapid prototyping of AI-enhanced experiences to accelerate discovery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3+ years in software product management with 2+ years in Learning & Development or HR technology platforms.
• Significant hands-on experience with AI tools and platforms; able to communicate capabilities to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to travel roughly 5% as needed.
• Proven track record of launching and managing software products using Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe).
• Proficiency with Jira for backlog management, sprint planning, and release tracking.
• Remote position; must reside in and be able to work legally in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and success of key products within our training solutions technology platform.
• Lead cross-functional teams from conception through development to launch.
• Represent customer needs and business objectives to deliver AI-enhanced solutions that drive business results.
• Collaborate to rapidly prototype and develop proof-of-concept experiences using AI tools.
