Job summary

DCX PH is seeking a Home-Based Product Enablement Data Entry Specialist to join our team. You will enter and validate product data across multiple ecommerce platforms and工具, ensuring accuracy before submission.

You will support product setup workflows, prepare import-ready files, and coordinate data enrichment activities for images, SEO, and merchandising while collaborating with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Must communicate clearly in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong organization and coordination abilities with attention to detail.
• Fast, accurate data entry with above-average typing.
• Able to work independently under tight deadlines.
• Experience with ecommerce/product data management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Enter, review, and maintain product data across NetSuite, OMG, spreadsheets, and related tools.
• Prepare and update bulk product upload templates with complete required fields.
• Assist product setup workflows, including base item data, variant data, pricing, and vendor details.
• Review Jira tickets and internal requests to gather required setup information.
• Validate data against source files, SOPs, and system requirements.
• Support data enrichment and import readiness for images, SEO, and website enablement.
• Flag incomplete or inconsistent data to internal teams.
• Save and organize product setup/import files in SharePoint folders.
• Coordinate post-upload audits across NetSuite, BigCommerce, OMG, Nsync, and website displays.
