DCX PH is seeking a Home Based Data Entry Specialist to join our US-oriented client services team. This full-time role emphasizes accurate data handling, adherence to procedures, and effective communication with teammates.

You will work remotely during US EST hours, contributing to client data updates and documentation. Ideal candidates have a college degree in a related field, 2+ years in data entry and admin work, plus 1 year in customer service.

Qualifications

• College degree in Marketing, Communications, and Business Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years data entry and administrative experience.
• 1 year customer service experience or equivalent education.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong computer and internet skills; proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Perform database updates for client data per company procedures.
• Complete all documentation accurately and on time.
• Create, edit and finalize call summaries per procedures.
• Attend and participate in training sessions as scheduled.
• Provide timely responses to team members and managers.
• Perform data entry and maintain client files and documentation.
• Be available for meetings as requested.
• Support evolving AI-related duties as needed.
