Responsibilities include reviewing update requests, maintaining product details in Akeneo, and coordinating tasks in Wrike with clear owners and due dates. Requires 1–2 years’ experience and US work authorization.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• About 1–2 years of product coordination or related experience.
• Familiarity with product attributes, descriptions, category structures, and online presentation preferred.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Fully remote work from Kentucky, United States.

Responsabilidades

• Receive update requests and sort by urgency, owner and review.
• Check product names, descriptions, attributes, images, pricing and availability.
• Enter and maintain approved product details in Akeneo.
• Create and monitor coordination tasks in Wrike with due dates.
• Maintain trackers in Airtable to show status and questions.
• Compare entries across channels and flag inconsistencies.
• Follow up when details are incomplete or awaiting approval.
• Escalate conflicts or repeated issues to the product operations manager.
• Share status summaries with partner teams.
• Support quality checks before updates are released.
