Job summary

Talentoma is seeking a Product Listing Coordinator to manage listing updates for clear, current information. This fully remote role lives within the product operations team and collaborates with merchandising, online retail, suppliers, and customer support.

Based in the United States, the position requires a 40-hour week with flexible days. You will work with Salsify, BigCommerce, Airtable, Asana, Google Merchant Center, and Power BI to ensure accurate, timely listings and publishing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• About 1–2 years of related experience in online retail coordination or catalog maintenance.
• Familiarity with product attributes, category structures, item identifiers, listings, and marketplace publishing.
• Experience using a product information system such as Salsify or similar.
• Ability to review supplied product details carefully and apply listing standards.
• Working knowledge of BigCommerce, Google Merchant Center, or similar platforms.
• Proficient with Airtable and Microsoft Power BI for tracking and review.
• Clear written and verbal communication; reliable remote work setup.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Receive product listing requests via queue, email, or tasks and confirm changes and source details.
• Review titles, descriptions, images, categories, attributes, availability, and IDs for completeness.
• Enter and maintain approved listing details in a PIM like Salsify following standards.
• Coordinate publishing readiness across BigCommerce and Google Merchant Center.
• Use Airtable to track request status, missing details, and completion dates.
• Compare live listings with approved details and flag mismatches or missing images.
• Route unclear details to merchandising and escalate recurring issues.
• Follow up with suppliers or internal requesters when data is incomplete.
• Organize work in Asana, update ownership, priorities, and dependencies.
• Review Power BI dashboards and share observations on listings and publishing.
• Maintain complete notes for every request; ensure accuracy and timely follow-up.
