Talentoma is seeking a Product Information Coordinator for a fully remote position based in Minnesota. You will manage product information requests, update attributes, and coordinate with merchandising, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure accurate online catalog details.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Experience using Akeneo is preferred.
• Experience using Jira to organize assignments and track status preferred.
• Experience using Airtable for structured product lists and update tracking preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive product information requests through shared queues, emails, tickets, and internal task assignments; confirm item, field, source, and needed outcome.
• Review product attributes, descriptions, category details, images, specifications, and supplier updates for completeness and consistency.
• Enter and update approved product details in a product information management system (e.g., Akeneo) with clear references and notes.
• Identify conflicting, missing, or outdated information by comparing product details across sources.
• Coordinate with merchandising and suppliers to obtain clarification on unavailable attributes, images, or specs.
• Organize request status, due dates, dependencies, and handoffs in Jira for visibility.
• Maintain product tracking in spreadsheets and Airtable for assigned items and review status.
• Route complex taxonomy questions to the product operations lead with concise background.
• Notify teams when updates are complete and follow up on open questions until resolved.
• Meet quality expectations with accurate updates, timely turnaround, and clear notes.
