Bathing Brands is seeking a Remote Product Catalog Manager to lead the day-to-day operation and ongoing improvement of our multi-brand catalog across the eCommerce ecosystem.

This hands-on leadership role focuses on SKU creation, taxonomy, data quality, and catalog governance across ERP and web properties. Candidates must reside in Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Michigan, Arizona, or Florida.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Product Catalog and PIM functions.
• Strong governance, taxonomy, and data quality knowledge.
• Experience with large catalogs and ERP or PIM integrations.
• Advanced Excel skills and data analysis.
• Problem solving and process improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead, prioritize, and develop the Product Catalog team while staying involved in high-impact catalog work.
• Own the day-to-day health, accuracy, structure, governance, and continuous improvement of the multi-brand catalog.
• Own SKU creation and standardization for manufacturer and Bathing Brands Exclusive brands.
• Establish scalable standards for SKU structures, variants, kits, and product relationships.
• Manage catalog changes from receipt through implementation across ERP and websites.
• Ensure product data and pricing changes are reflected across systems and channels.
• Define standards for attributes, classifications, and data quality.
• Improve taxonomy, categories, filters, and catalog architecture.
• Identify systemic catalog problems and drive root-cause solutions.
