Job summary

Bathing Brands Inc. is seeking a Remote Product Catalog Manager to lead the daily operation and continuous improvement of our multi-brand product catalog across our eCommerce ecosystem.

You will own SKU creation, taxonomy, data quality, pricing updates, and catalog architecture, guiding a team and collaborating with Product Launch, ERP, Web Development, Marketing, and Sales. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on scalable standards and root-cause problem solving.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Product Catalog, PIM, or eCommerce catalog operations.
• Experience leading people, setting priorities, and owning outcomes.
• Strong understanding of SKU governance, taxonomy, attributes, classifications, and data quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead, prioritize, and develop the Product Catalog team while remaining actively involved in complex catalog work.
• Own day-to-day health, accuracy, structure, governance, and continuous improvement of the multi-brand catalog.
• Own SKU creation and standardization across the ecosystem for manufacturer and Bathing Brands Exclusive brands.
• Establish scalable standards for SKU structures, variants, kits, parent/child products, accessories, and relationships.
• Manage catalog changes from receipt through implementation across ERP and eCommerce sites.
• Ensure product and pricing updates reflect across ERP, websites, and other systems.
• Own standards for product attributes, classifications, naming conventions, and data quality.
• Continuously improve taxonomy, categories, filters, facets, and catalog architecture.
• Identify systemic catalog problems and drive root-cause solutions.
• Improve discoverability, cross-sell, upsell, and related-product relationships.
• Establish repeatable workflows, QA processes, and controls to scale the catalog and team.
• Partner with Product Launch, ERP, Web Development, Marketing, Sales, and Supply Chain to move initiatives to completion.
• Use customer, search, and sales data to identify what to improve next.
