Zusammenfassung

Bathing Brands is seeking a Remote Product Catalog Manager to lead the daily operation and continuous improvement of a growing, multi-brand product catalog. This role drives SKU creation, taxonomy, pricing updates, and catalog governance across our eCommerce ecosystem while partnering with ERP, Web Development, Marketing, and Sales teams.

You will manage a team, define scalable standards, and push for root-cause solutions to catalog issues, improving discoverability and cross-sell opportunities

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading Product Catalog, PIM, or related functions.
• Experience leading people with clear priorities, ownership, and accountability.
• Strong understanding of SKU governance, taxonomy, attributes, and data quality.
• Experience with large, complex product catalogs and large-scale imports/updates.
• Advanced Excel skills and comfort with large datasets.
• Experience with ERP and/or PIM systems and data movement between systems.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to understand technical products and ask the right questions when data is incomplete.

Aufgaben

• Lead the Product Catalog team and own structure, quality, governance, and evolution across our eCommerce ecosystem.
• Oversee day-to-day health, accuracy, structure, governance, and continuous improvement of the multi-brand catalog.
• Own SKU creation and standardization for manufacturer, distributed, and Bathing Brands Exclusive brands.
• Establish scalable SKU structures, variants, kits, parent/child products, accessories, and complex relationships.
• Manage product introductions, discontinuations, pricing changes, specs, digital assets, and catalog changes from receipt to implementation.
• Ensure product and pricing changes reflect across ERP, eCommerce sites, IDMs, and other systems.
• Own standards for attributes, classifications, naming conventions, relationships, and data quality.
• Continuously evaluate taxonomy, categories, filters, facets, and catalog architecture.
• Organize products by customer-facing structure, not just manufacturer data.
• Identify systemic catalog problems and drive root-cause solutions.
• Improve discoverability, comparison, compatibility, cross-sell, upsell, and related products.
• Establish repeatable workflows, QA, docs, and controls to scale the catalog and team.
• Collaborate with Product Launch, ERP, Web Development, Marketing, Sales, and Supply Chain to move catalog initiatives forward.
