Job summary

You will own SKU creation, product data, taxonomy, pricing updates, and catalog architecture, partnering with cross-functional teams to drive scalable standards and data quality. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on solving root causes and delivering measurable improvements.

• Experience with SKU creation, variant management, and product relationships.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for data-driven improvements.
• Experience with ERP/PIM systems and moving product data across systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead, prioritize, and develop the Product Catalog team while remaining actively involved in complex and high-impact catalog work.
• Own the day-to-day health, accuracy, structure, governance, and continuous improvement of our multi-brand product catalog.
• Own SKU creation and standardization across our ecosystem for both manufacturer/distributed brands and Bathing Brands Exclusive brands.
• Establish scalable standards for SKU structures, variants, kits, parent/child products, accessories, replacements, configurable products, and other complex product relationships.
• Manage manufacturer-driven product introductions, discontinuations, replacements, pricing and MAP changes, specification updates, digital assets, and other catalog changes from receipt through implementation
• Ensure product and pricing changes are reflected across ERP, eCommerce websites, IDMs, and other systems
• Own standards for product attributes, specifications, classifications, naming conventions, relationships, and data quality.
• Continuously evaluate and improve product taxonomy, categories, subcategories, filters, facets, and catalog architecture.
• Ensure products are organized around customer understanding and shopping behavior.
• Identify systemic catalog problems and drive root-cause solutions.
• Improve product discoverability, comparison, cross-sell, upsell, and related-product relationships.
• Establish repeatable workflows, QA processes, documentation, and controls for scale.
• Partner with Product Launch, ERP, Web Development, Marketing, Sales, and Supply Chain teams to move initiatives through completion.
• Use customer, search, sales, and support data to identify what to improve next.
