Bathing Brands is seeking a Remote Product Catalog Manager to lead the daily operation and continuous improvement of our growing multi-brand catalog. You will own catalog structure, governance, SKU creation, taxonomy, pricing updates, and data quality across ERP and eCommerce, guiding a team to scale and improve the catalog beyond its current state.

Qualifikationen

• Able to see root causes and drive systemic improvements.
• Experience leading Product Catalog, PIM, or related functions.
• Track record of managing large catalogs and complex data.

Aufgaben

• Lead the Product Catalog team and own catalog structure, governance, and evolution.
• Oversee SKU creation, standardization, and product relationships across brands.
• Establish scalable standards for SKUs, variants, kits, and parent/child products.
• Manage manufacturer and Bathing Brands Exclusive product introductions, pricing, and updates.
• Ensure data quality and attribute governance across ERP and eCommerce systems.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive catalog initiatives to completion.
