Zusammenfassung

Bathing Brands is seeking a Remote Product Catalog Manager to lead the ongoing operation and improvement of our multi-brand product catalog. You will own SKU creation, data standards, catalog architecture, and cross-functional collaboration to keep the catalog accurate and scalable across our eCommerce ecosystem.

The role requires hands-on leadership, a passion for fixing root causes, and a track record of improving complex product data.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading Product Catalog, Product Information Management (PIM), or eCommerce catalog operations.
• Experience leading people with clear priorities, standards, ownership, and accountability.
• Strong understanding of SKU governance, taxonomy, product attributes, classifications, and data quality.

Aufgaben

• Lead the Product Catalog team and own structure, quality, governance, and evolution of the catalog across our eCommerce ecosystem.
• Own day-to-day health, accuracy, structure, governance, and continuous improvement of multi-brand catalog.
• Own SKU creation and standardization across manufacturer, distributed, and Bathing Brands Exclusive brands.
• Establish scalable standards for SKU structures, variants, kits, parent/child products, and configurable products.
• Manage manufacturer-driven product introductions, pricing changes, specifications, and catalog updates from receipt to implementation.
• Ensure product and pricing changes reflect across ERP, eCommerce sites, IDMs, and other systems.
• Own standards for attributes, specifications, classifications, naming conventions, relationships, and data quality.
• Continuously improve taxonomy, categories, filters, facets, and catalog architecture.
• Organize products around how customers shop, not just how manufacturers provide data.
• Identify systemic catalog problems and drive root-cause solutions.
• Improve product discoverability, cross-sell, upsell, and related-product relationships.
• Establish repeatable workflows, QA processes, and documentation to scale the catalog and team.
• Partner with Product Launch, ERP, Web Development, Marketing, Sales, and Supply Chain to move catalog initiatives forward.
• Use customer, search, sales, and support data to identify what to improve next.
