Job summary

Bathing Brands is seeking a Remote Product Catalog Manager to lead the daily operation and ongoing improvement of our growing, multi-brand product catalog across our eCommerce ecosystem. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys understanding how products work, organizing complex information, establishing scalable standards, solving root causes, and driving improvements through completion.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Product Catalog or PIM teams.
• Experience with large multi-brand product catalogs.
• Strong Excel skills and data analysis.
• Familiarity with ERP and PIM workflows.
• Ability to define scalable catalog standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Product Catalog team and govern catalog structure.
• Own SKU creation and standardization across brands.
• Establish scalable SKU structures and product relationships.
• Coordinate catalog changes across ERP and web channels.
• Improve taxonomy, categories, and search discoverability.
• Develop workflows, QA processes, and documentation.
• Collaborate with Product Launch, Marketing, and Sales to drive catalog initiatives.
