Bathing Brands is seeking a Remote Product Catalog Manager to lead the structure, accuracy, and ongoing evolution of our multi-brand product catalog across ecommerce channels. This hands-on leader will drive catalog improvements rather than merely maintaining the current data landscape.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading Product Catalog, PIM, or ecommerce catalog operations.
• Experience leading people with clear priorities, standards, ownership, and accountability.
• Strong understanding of SKU governance, taxonomy, attributes, classifications, relationships, and data quality.
• Experience with large catalogs and large-scale imports/updates.
• Advanced Excel skills and comfort with large datasets.
• Experience with ERP and/or PIM systems and data movement between connected systems.

Aufgaben

• Lead the Product Catalog team and own structure, quality, governance, and evolution of the catalog across the ecommerce ecosystem.
• Own SKU creation and standardization for manufacturer, distributed, and exclusive Bathing Brands products.
• Establish scalable SKU structures, variants, kits, parent/child products, accessories, and complex relationships.
• Manage product introductions, discontinuations, pricing, MAP changes, specs, and digital assets from receipt to implementation.
• Ensure data reflects across ERP, ecommerce sites, IDMs, and other systems; own attributes, classifications, and data quality.
• Continuously improve taxonomy, categories, filters, facets, and catalog architecture.
• Identify systemic catalog problems and implement root-cause solutions; improve discoverability and cross-sell/upsell.
