Job summary

Bathing Brands Inc. is seeking a Remote Product Catalog Manager to lead, optimize, and govern a growing multi-brand product catalog across our eCommerce ecosystem.

You will own SKU creation, taxonomy, pricing updates, and catalog architecture, driving improvements and scalable standards. You will lead a hands-on team, collaborating with Product Launch, ERP, Web Development, Marketing, Sales, and Supply Chain to ensure accurate product data and optimized customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Product Catalog or PIM functions.
• Experience with eCommerce catalog operations and data management.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to work with large datasets.
• Experience with ERP or PIM systems and data flows between systems.
• Track record of improving processes and driving root-cause solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Product Catalog team and own catalog governance across multi-brand ecosystem.
• Own SKU creation and standardization for manufacturer and Bathing Brands Exclusive brands.
• Establish scalable SKU structures, variants, kits, and product relationships.
• Manage catalog changes from receipt through implementation across ERP, web, and other channels.
• Ensure product attributes, classifications, and data quality standards.
• Develop workflows, QA processes, and documentation to scale catalog operations.
• Partner with Product Launch, ERP, Web Development, Marketing, Sales, and Supply Chain.
