Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in business analysis or IT project delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to independently lead requirements discovery on complex projects.
• Experience writing precise functional specifications for IT teams.
• Experience managing business-to-IT relationships through full project lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with business stakeholders across Claims, Underwriting, Finance, Marketing, and Operations.
• Lead requirements discovery by interviewing cross-functional teams to surface hidden requirements.
• Use AI tools to accelerate documentation of requirements, specs, and user stories.
• Liaise between business and IT throughout the project lifecycle and keep delivery on track.
• Own post-launch quality by reviewing dashboards, reports, and system outputs.
• Track project status across active workstreams and communicate updates proactively.
• Ask the right questions to surface potential issues before they become costly fixes.
• Mentor BA II team members on requirements quality and stakeholder communication.
