Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in business analysis, IT project coordination, product operations, or a similar role (internships and co-ops count).
• Strong relationship and communication skills — stakeholders should find you easy to work with, and IT should find your documentation easy to build from.
• Genuine curiosity about how systems and data work — you want to understand why something is built the way it is, not just how to use it.
• Analytical mindset: you can read a report or a data output and spot when something looks wrong.
• Demonstrated comfort using AI tools in a professional or academic context — you use them to work faster and better, not to avoid thinking.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail across multiple concurrent projects.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with business stakeholders across Claims, Underwriting, Finance, Marketing, and Operations.
• Lead requirements discovery by interviewing multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Use AI tools to accelerate the documentation layer for requirements, specs, and user stories.
• Liaise between business and IT throughout the project lifecycle and manage communications.
• Own post-launch quality: review dashboards and outputs to ensure the build meets intent.
• Track project status across active workstreams and communicate updates proactively.
• Ask insightful questions to surface potential issues before they become costly.
