Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 2–5 years of experience in business analysis or IT project delivery.
• Proven ability to independently lead requirements discovery.
• Experience writing precise functional specifications for IT teams.
• Experience managing business-to-IT relationships through full project lifecycles.
• Analytical mindset with ability to review post-launch reports.
• Familiarity with AI tools to accelerate documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with business stakeholders across Claims, Underwriting, Finance, Marketing, and Operations.
• Lead requirements discovery with multiple teams to surface hidden requirements.
• Use AI tools to accelerate documentation, drafts of requirements and user stories.
• Liaise between business and IT throughout the project lifecycle.
• Own post-launch quality by reviewing dashboards and outputs.
• Track project status across active workstreams and communicate updates.
• Ask clarifying questions to surface potential issues before they become costly.
• Mentor BA II team members on requirements quality and stakeholder communication.
