Qualifications
- Experience gathering and documenting product requirements for Agile teams.
- Ability to create and refine user stories and participate in story mapping.
- Experience with backlog items, acceptance criteria, and data-driven decisions.
- Comfort working with cross-functional teams including Product Owners and engineers.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and product requirements.
- Define and optimize user workflows and processes.
- Create, refine, and maintain user stories/backlog items in Jira.
- Facilitate story mapping and value stream exercises.
- Decompose large initiatives into actionable stories and assess against acceptance criteria.
- Bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams; own discovery and direction.
