Job summary

Everforth Apex is seeking a Senior Product Analyst in Minnesota to join a Scrum team and connect business needs with product strategy. You will work autonomously, collaborating with Product Owners, engineers, and QA to deliver clear, executable backlog items.

Responsibilities include leading complex analysis, breaking down epics, refining backlogs, and mentoring newer analysts while ensuring alignment with outcomes and measurable value.

Qualifications

• Experience in product analysis, business analysis or a related role within a product/technology delivery environment.
• Ability to lead complex analysis from discovery through delivery and acceptance.
• Experience collaborating with Product Owners, engineers, QA, Scrum Masters, stakeholders, and delivery partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead product analysis for complex initiatives from discovery through implementation and acceptance.
• Translate needs into clear requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria and flows.
• Break down epics into testable, value-focused stories.
• Ensure stories are ready for development with rules, data needs and risks identified.
• Lead backlog refinement, planning and reviews with the Scrum team.
• Collaborate with engineers and QA to resolve questions and ensure shared understanding.
• Mentor junior analysts and improve analysis practices.
