Job summary

Vireo Health is seeking a Procurement Administrator to support our corporate procurement team. You will process purchase orders, maintain vendor records, track deliveries, and reconcile invoices in a remote role with limited travel.

This entry-level to early-career position includes training on our ERP system and Excel-based reporting, with opportunities to grow into a Procurement Coordinator or similar role as you gain experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Associate’s degree preferred.
• 0-2 years of procurement, purchasing, or administrative experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• ERP exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process purchase orders and maintain vendor records.
• Track deliveries and reconcile invoices.
• Assist with supplier onboarding and documentation.
• Support cross-functional teams with procurement data and reports.
• Respond to internal inquiries on order status and delivery timelines.
