Job summary

Vireo Health is seeking a remote Procurement Coordinator to act as the connective tissue between corporate procurement, internal departments, and vendors. You will manage purchasing workflows, track approvals, and coordinate delivery timelines with a focus on keeping processes moving smoothly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 4–6 years procurement or purchasing experience.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with ERP/procurement systems (e.g., Business Central).
• Excellent coordination and follow-up across multiple stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment while staying responsive to team and vendor communications.

Responsibilities

• Review and process purchase requisitions; issue standard purchase orders.
• Coordinate PO workflows across departments; ensure timely approvals.
• Serve as primary contact between requesting departments, vendors, and receiving teams.
• Track delivery timelines and resolve delays with vendors and internal teams.
• Manage vendor onboarding; collect and route required documentation.
• Resolve invoice, pricing, or delivery discrepancies by coordinating with AP, vendors, and departments.
• Support RFQ/RFP processes and vendor responses.
• Maintain procurement spend reports by category and department.
