Qualifications

• Experience interpreting institutional policies or technical requirements in a consistent, objective manner.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage incoming proctoring-related support tickets from students, ensuring timely review.
• Review ticket documentation for completeness, accuracy and alignment with testing policies.
• Escalate valid technical issues to internal teams or vendors when needed.
• Document ticket outcomes and rationale clearly for audits and leadership review.
• Complete technical reviews of minimum technology requirements for proctoring sessions.
