Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science or related field.
• Experience reviewing student support tickets, incident reports, or records for accuracy and completeness.
• Experience interpreting institutional policies or testing requirements consistently.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage incoming proctoring-related support tickets from students.
• Review ticket docs for completeness and alignment with testing policies.
• Escalate valid issues to IT or vendor teams for investigation.
• Document ticket outcomes and rationale for audits and leadership review.
• Review technical requirements and session recordings for compliance and conditions.
