Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science or related field.
• Experience reviewing student support tickets, incident reports, or records for accuracy and completeness.
• Ability to interpret institutional policies and apply review criteria consistently.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage incoming proctoring-related support tickets and respond timely.
• Review ticket documentation for completeness and alignment with testing policies.
• Escalate technical issues to internal teams or vendors and document outcomes.
• Complete technical reviews of proctor sessions and verify minimum technology requirements.
• Summarize findings neutrally for appeals, faculty, and leadership.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive student data appropriately.
• Maintain logs of ticket volumes and trends to support improvements.
