Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science or related field.
• Experience reviewing student support tickets, incident reports or records for accuracy.
• Experience interpreting institutional policies and testing requirements impartially.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage incoming proctoring-related support tickets submitted by students.
• Review ticket documentation for completeness, accuracy and alignment with policies.
• Escalate valid technical issues to internal teams or vendors as needed.
• Document outcomes and rationale clearly for audits and leadership review.
• Summarize session review findings for appeals decisions and faculty communication.
