Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage incoming proctoring-related student support tickets.
• Review ticket documentation for completeness and policy alignment.
• Escalate technical issues to internal teams or vendors.
• Document ticket outcomes and rationale for audits and leadership review.
• Complete technical reviews of proctoring sessions and verify system requirements.
• Summarize session findings in neutral language for appeals and faculty communication.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive student data and recordings.
• Identify recurring issues and report trends to improve processes.
