Job summary

Scientific Search is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth across nutrition, food, specialty chemicals, battery materials and related markets. You will identify new applications for our process technologies, engage scientists and engineers, and move opportunities from discovery to trials and long-term projects. This is a remote role with significant travel (50%+) across the U.S.

and Canada. East Coast preferred with collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Experience selling complex process technologies to technical audiences.
• Ability to translate customer needs into actionable trials and projects.
• Strong communication skills across scientific and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify new customers, markets, and technical applications for process technology.
• Engage scientists, engineers, and decision-makers to understand processes and uncover opportunities for improvement.
• Develop new business across nutrition, food, nutraceuticals, specialty chemicals, battery materials, ingredients, enzymes, proteins, probiotics.
